HAAL stands for Hillsborough All Access Libraries.

HAAL Pass will make additional library resources available to more than 200,000 public school students. Students will simply use their seven-digit student number to check out items from the public library. Students can checkout books, printed materials, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks, or to use a wide variety of online resources and learning tools from the public library system.

Here are some important things for families to know:
  •   HAAL Pass allows students to borrow e-resources and access library databasesjust like any other HCPLC library card.
  •   Students can also borrow up to 3 print or audio books, DVDs or CDs.
  •   There are no overdue fines with the public library for HAAL Pass accounts.
  •  All students will automatically be enrolled in this program and be able to use their school ID number to access library services.
  •   Students use their seven-digit student number to login, and the default PIN is 4321.
